Developing team members is the foundation for growth and the future success of Chamberlin. Each Chamberlin employee has an important role to play in helping each other reach our full potential. When we truly help those around us, we grow ourselves. This way of thinking branched outside the office for Quality and Training Supervisor Bradley Rowan when he brought QA/QC Coordinator Joe Marrufo and his son Joseph on their first ever fishing trip.
Bradley took Marrufo and his son to Richland Chambers Reservoir where they fished for a day. They started by finding a perfect place where the catfish were biting and followed it up by moving on to white bass. During the day they caught a couple hundred fish and took over 100 fish home. Needless to say, they have enough fish to feed plenty. The fish were hungry, and it was a perfect first fishing trip for Joe and his son!
Here at Chamberlin we value growing the team. Whether that be sharing your knowledge openly and freely or bringing a team member along on a trip to experience something they have never before. Join our team and start growing with us.
