The tropical-themed River City Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma is the 2nd largest construction project in the history of Oklahoma. This $365 million expansion project included a luxurious 483-room hotel rising 27 stories, a 30,000 square foot convention and meeting center, a 2,500 seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events, a resort pool and bar area, a variety of bars and restauarants, plus a 50,000 square foot Margarittaville Casino and Restaurant.
The entire complex will add 800 full-time jobs while pumping $135 million a year into the local economy.
Chamberlin's scope included installation of PVC single-ply and standing seam metal roofing systems, below-grade waterproofing, joint sealants, precast gutter, precast wash, fire sealant, dampproofing, expansion joints, traffic coating, hot fluid-applied waterproofing, pavers, cold fluid-applied waterproofing and site sealants.
