Chamberlin's waterproofing is underway in restoring the Northshore Austin apartments in Austin, Texas. Chamberlin is honored to be collaborating with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. as the consultant for the building and working under general contractor Camp Construction. Chamberlin is installing PT pocket repairs, elastomeric slab edge coating and concrete repair. Northshore is the newest high-rise in downtown Austin and reaches new heights in luxury living while offering modern finishes and upscale amenities.
Northshore is a mixed-use building that includes 439 residential units and 40,000 square feet of retail and office space. Coworking company Galvanize occupies the office space in the building.
