Chamberlin took the pledge to “commit ourselves to serve our communities and to provide our employees with the skills they need to work safely and productively in order to meet the needs of our clients.” The Accredited Quality Contractor program evaluates a company’s quality control initiatives, safety program and training, craft and management training, civic involvement, policies that foster nondiscrimination and requires the company to be a substance-free workplace.
