Here at Chamberlin, there is only one thing that our clients pay us to do for them. They don’t pay us to do estimates, nor do submittals, nor send them invoices, nor answer our phones, nor send them advertising materials or a whole host of other things that we all spend a tremendous amount of time and effort doing. The one thing that we are paid to do is to go out to our client’s project and to install a high-quality waterproofing and/or roofing system...to do it without hurting our employees, to do it without damaging their property, to do it at the best possible price and to do it with a spirit of cooperation.
The men and women in the field are dedicated, hard-working instruments in the development of our infrastructure. Chamberlin participates in “A Day in the Field” where office employees go to jobsites to learn from Superintendents and Foremen. While there, they get their feel for what a day in the life of a field employee is like, including installing products, doing a JHA with the staff, performing a quality control inspection and learning about challenges that are faced every day. This is just one way to show appreciation and gratitude to the field team members for all they do.
