The Roofing & Sheet Metal crew at TMC3 Collaborative Building in Houston are doing a great job. The torch application of the modified bitumen roof system they are installing requires strict safety protocols. The crew is alert to potential hazards and dresses in proper PPE daily. They are diligent in keeping the appropriate number of fire extinguishers in place before sparking their torches.
Their dedication to safety and productivity has earned the trust of the project’s general contractor. This has increased teamwork between the two companies, and the GC has gone out of their way to make sure Chamberlin’s crew gets any help they need with crane time and equipment. They also built us safety stands for the roof. Thank you to this crew for creating the right reputation for Chamberlin!
