A Houston waterproofing crew recently revitalized Cain Hall at Texas A&M University in College Station. Towards the end of the project the crew worked on the cold fluid-applied waterproofing and pedestal pavers at the terrace decks. These two scope items were the most complex and time-consuming scopes of the project due to the layout of the terraces, trade sequencing, material loading and stocking. It was also challenging because it was out of town and needed to be completed within the last few months of the project.
The Chamberlin waterproofing crew was led by Foreman Oscar Palacios. Project Manager Dustin Murphy said, “Oscar Palacios did an outstanding job planning the work. He worked days, nights and on weekends to get the work completed on time, in a safe and quality manner.” Oscar Palacios led the crew in executing the work “The Chamberlin Way”.
