Experience:
Bobby joined Chamberlin as a technician working under his uncle who was a Superintendent at the time. With over ten years of hard work as a team player, Bobby now is a Superintendent himself in Chamberlin’s Oklahoma waterproofing department.
A Day in the Life:
Most mornings, Bobby will start in Chamberlin’s warehouse making sure he has the proper tools and equipment he needs for his projects. He’ll then head to the jobsite, complete the necessary reports and get his crew set up for the day’s work. He can also be found picking up materials for jobs, creating weekly plans and training new crew members. You’ll even see him pitching in and working alongside his crew when needed – whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Outlook:
Bobby believes that the high level of customer service, safety, quality and productivity are the key elements that separate Chamberlin from the rest. He understands that there will be disagreements from time to time, and schedules can get crazy. But in most cases, if you do the job safely, do it right the first time and do what you promise and then some, that translates into good relationships with customers and future work for Chamberlin.
Outside the Office:
Bobby has a Harley Fatboy and enjoys riding in all types of weather - hot or cold. Additionally, he likes watching live music and his favorite football team, the Oklahoma Sooners. Bobby also has a nice collection of miniature guitars.
