Chamberlin was awarded a first-place Eagle Award for their balcony restoration on The Querencia in Austin, Texas. Chamberlin installed 20,200 square feet of the W.R. Grace Bituthene 4,000 sheet waterproofing system, 190,000 square feet of Allguard elastomeric coating, 6,800 square feet of horizontal waterproofing drain board, 11,475 square feet of Perm-A-Barrier Wall Membrane, 1,140 pavers, 9,400 linear feet of metal retaining flashing and replaced 1,600 square feet of masonry.
