ABC’s National Excellence in Construction program has become the premier competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding construction projects across the nation. Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing was eligible to participate in this competition by receiving a merit award from their local ABC chapter for their exterior skin re-waterproofing of the Dallas Federal Reserve. This project placed second in the national Excellence in Construction awards, receiving a Pyramid Award. Covering 260,950 square feet of Indiana limestone skin, Chamberlin cut out and re-caulked over 33 miles, in addition to 25 miles of wet glazing on the curtain wall system.
