Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is the proud recipient of a 2014 AGC APEX Award for their work performed on One and Two Shell Plaza. The APEX award was presented by the Associated General Contractor’s (AGC) Houston chapter at the awards ceremony September 13th.
The APEX award was earned in the category, “SC-7 Thermal/Moisture Protection” Specialty Contractor category. Chamberlin was the subcontractor of choice for no less than five companies performing renovation work on One and Two Shell Plazas including two window installers, two masonry contractors and one general contractor. Chamberlin provided masonry caulking, stone joint sealants, hot-applied waterproofing and roofing installation totaling $1.8 million.
The APEX award recognizes companies for their excellence in construction, valuable contributions to the community and demonstrated commitment to skill, integrity and responsibility. Each company is evaluated according to their quality of workmanship, timely completion and difficulty of construction.
