At-Home Workouts

These easy at-home workouts require no equipment. Remember, always include a stretch for a thorough warm up and cool down. 

1. Full Body HIIT Circuit

Complete 3 rounds with a 90 second rest in between.

2. Lower Body HIIT Circuit

Complete 3-5 rounds, 20 reps total (10 on each side for the applicable exercises), with a 90 second rest in between.

3. Core HIIT Circuit

Complete 3 rounds with a 90 second rest in between.

4. Cardio Circuit

Complete one of the options below using an indoor treadmill, local park, or neighborhood trail. Reminder - always include a brief stretch for a thorough warm up & cool down. 

Option 1:

Complete 10 rounds for 30 minutes total

  • Jog for 1 minute
  • Walk for 2 minutes
  • Repeat

Option 2:

Complete 12 rounds for 30 minutes total

  • Walk for 2 minutes
  • Run/sprint for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Option 3:

Approximately 30-40 minutes total

  • Fast walk for a total of 2-3 miles
